Yes. Pre/Post body sculpting Instructions should be followed for a minimum of 3 days;

1. The day before body sculpting 
2. The day of body sculpting
3. The day after body sculpting 

Following the instructions below are KEY to the success of your body sculpting experience. 

• Avoid eating two hours before and after a body sculpting session
• Avoid heavy meals, red meat, fried foods, dairy, lots of sugar like ice cream and cake
• Drink plenty of water to facilitate lymphatic drainage. Gently PUSH THE LIMITS of comfort. The more water you have in you, the more hypothetical trash cans your body has to take out the fat so your results can be permanent. Drinking as much water AS POSSIBLE will help to get the fat out of your system after the body sculpting. A great way to do this is to set a time for every 30 minutes and drink 6 - 8 oz with each timer. The goal is to have over 100 ounces of water intake every day.
• Eliminate or greatly limit: carbonated drinks, caffeine, and alcohol
• Eat light meals consisting of lean protein (chicken/turkey/fish) and vegetables. We find that an intermittent fasting schedule where you eat for 8 hours and fast for 16 hours works very well to help the body cleanse. For example, many people choose to skip breakfast, have lunch around 11 am and eat dinner at 6 pm. This way you are eating within an 8-hour window of the day. Eat mindfully and stop eating when you are full. If you need a snack outside of the fasting hours, have a piece of fruit or a small portion of vegetables.
• Within two hours after your body sculpting session, plan to go for a 30-45 minute walk or do some kind of cardio-vascular work-out. This will create the energy demand that will facilitate the metabolism of the fatty acids, lipids and glycerol freed from the fat cells. Gravity is our friend and moving will help things move out of you.

Yes. Water is the body’s trash cans and if you want to eliminate the fat from your body, you MUST give your body trash cans to take out the trash. Water intake, sticking to the given dietary suggestions and abstaining from soda, alcohol, red meat, diary, and sugary foods are keys to success for your body sculpting experience.

No. Although coffee and tea start out as water, they are not the same thing. You must be willing to have no more than one cup of coffee or tea in the days leading up to and following your body sculpting.

For facial toning and anti-aging sessions, yes. Life will still happen and we will still age but the restorative results of the radio frequency will help your skin be more resilient. For body sculpting sessions, the answer depends on you. In order for your body sculpting to be successful, you will have to follow a clean eating plan with intermittent fasting for a minimum of 3 days. If you stick with a healthy diet and lifestyle, the inches lost in your body sculpting session will be permanent. If you are just changing things temporarily for an event or a limited amount of time, consuming more calories than you use in a day will result in regaining the inches lost during the body sculpting session.

You will see results within 24 hours of your body sculpting session. If you are at the beginning of your lifestyle change and have a lot of extra weight, you will see results immediately after your session. If you are coming to Body Sculpting or help to lose stubborn fat pockets and already have a very healthy and athletic lifestyle, your results will be less obvious but you will notice results in about 24 hours.

IF you are getting a facial, please bring whatever soap or cleaner you typically wash your face with and sunscreen for afterward. This helps to ensure your pores can be cleansed without getting clogged or irritated. You're welcome to bring a change of clothes to put on after your body sculpting if you want.

We will need access to the entire area that you'll be having worked on. If you're having your abdomen or love handles worked on, wear a comfortable shirt and sweatpants. If you're having your arms worked on, plan to take your shirt off. If you're having your legs worked on, plan to take your pants off. Wear clothes that will allow us to work on the part of your body that is being sculpted and that you don't mind getting oil on.

Although not necessary, it is very helpful to have the area that will be body sculpted free of hair. If you are worried about ingrown hairs, you can simply trim the area short. Again, it's not necessary but it does help you to be more comfortable if there is no long hair present to get pulled around by the body sculpting wands.

There must be a minimum of 48 hours between sculpting sessions. 

No. We can work on one area at a time when body sculpting. We can’t overload your body with freed lipids (fat) or it will not have the resources to clear the released fat from your body. Common areas to body sculpt include the abdomen, legs, arms, and back. We can do one of these areas per body sculpting session.

No. Although we recommend an intermittent fasting schedule of eating within a six to eight-hour window of the day, you are welcome to make that window smaller and just have one meal per day if that’s what works for you.
